Cécile B Evans is currently Artist-in-Residence at Lafayette Anticipations and is working on their new work, Reality or Not. The special debut presentation of Reality or Not is a film about the production of reality and who owns it, starting with a group of exceptional young individuals who were invited to participate in a reality show. This show explores how to initiate a new way of living together. Reality or Not asks how reality could be shaped differently if values like power, history, or time were actually shifted. The film was created during Cécile B. Evans residency at the Fondation, with significant assistance from Lycée Suger in St-Denis (93) and the students' teacher, Sandra Murail.

Evans will propose a series of events throughout the year at the Fondation, including workshops, meetings, screenings, and more. For each event, Evans will engage experts to open up new ways and contexts for the diverse themes and questions within the project.
