Acronyms as cryptic language testify to the speed of our global digital culture and within multiple truths circulate. In the installation DYOR EH Niko Abramidis &NE explores his own artistic vision of virtual economic markets and humanistic value systems. The first part of the title DYOR stands for "Do Your Own Research" and is an established term from the crypto scene, it calls for a critical examination of offers and opinions before making investments. Speculation, research, and investment – in cryptocurrency or in oneself? Two time horizons overlap. ”Ecce Homo: How One Becomes What One Is“. Friedrich Nietzsche abbreviated his autobiographical, last writing with EH. In the exhibition, these two seemingly contradictory points of reference draw a cryptic worldview in which "research" takes a stance between subjective opinion, science, faith, and digital culture.

In the framework of the solo exhibition, the artist presents the third edition of his Vision Equity Shares, a series of drawings that simultaneously function as NFTs in digital space. Through them, Abramidis &NE creates his own added value system by bringing together investment strategies and artistic production.
